Street light not working

The street light on uplands rd outside of numbers 61/63 on the opposite side of the road is not working and hasn’t been working for 4 months now! It’s very dark outside that part of the street. It’s dangerous especially with the nights getting darker earlier. I haven’t already complained about this but nothing has been done.
