Damaged Kerb and damaged pavement directly outside my front door

This area of pavement and kerb has been damaged for years and got worse over the years. its directly outside my house. it very very dangerous my young children have fallen and tripped as it so very uneven with jagged pieces of concrete they have both had cuts and bruises and lacerations from tripping on the uneven surface. its also damaged the front underneath of my car. we cannot avoid it as its directly outside my gate. i pay council tax and really think its time this is fixed before my children or someone else end up in hospital. this is end the end of teh culda sac linnell close bs7 9un
