Dangerous crumbling boards on the climbing frame

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6681242.

My daughter of 18mths cut herself quite badly on one of the crumbling boards sloping up either side of the younger childrens' climbing frame (one with climbing grips). These are clearly deteriorating and I can't imagine what kind of safety checks you are doing that you have repeatedly cleared that to be used by children. The ply is delaminated and fragments poke out where small hands can catch on them. You're lucky we're not the type of people to sue because you have pretty obviously been negligent here. You don't even need to replace the whole frame, just those boards.
