Rubbish literally everywhere here, ALL THE TIME.

This whole end of the road is a constant fly-tipping zone, and yesterday it was particularly awful - the pavement was entirely obstructed (it very often is at this point), and St Marks Church House seem to feel it's fine to put all their rubbish out here. I'm so fed up of it, as are so many others. It makes the area look terrible, depressing, and it's unsafe too. There's currently nowhere on the .gov website to report this so I'm reporting it here. Please do something about the way companies leave their vast rubbish bins out on the roads full time, and the way they collect rubbish around them. it's completely unacceptable and not something I see in other parts of the city. Please take action.
