I have reported( along with 8 other neighbours), that Henleaze Avenue has blocked drains.Bristol Waste told me that this is sub-contracted. This issue has been reported previously and is now causing an offensive smell and flooding when it rains.It is a health and safety environmental health risk and a highway obstruction.
