Flytipping, mess and illegal encampment at esge of Owen Square Play Park

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6706933.

This flytipping, furniture, litter has accumulated by people who have made an illegal encampment at the side of the play park, backing onto our back garden. This has been growing over 3 months. It's an absolute hazard and mess, causing danger to children and Park users. Needs immediate action.
