Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6728585.

I can't even walk past on bin day. Counted 10 bins for 4 addresses. 2 black bins for number 62 Kingsway. Why? 1 black bin for number 1 badger close. 6 black bins for number 2 badger close. Why? 1 black bin for number 60 kingsway.
