Broken builders fencing sharp metal on pavement

Reported via mobile in the Obstruction blocking access category anonymously at 17:20, Thu 14 November 2024

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6745347.

This fencing has been up around a new house being built - on the grounds of the gothic mansion on st Agnes Avenue and Redcatch rd - for months and is now falling apart and dangerous. There are sharp ended metal poles that have come away from the bottom and this is on the pavement at foot level. The poles have come away from where used to be attached to the fence. There are also sharp bits of metal wire that has come away from the frame and is poking out. It feels like someone is going to get very hurt here. Every day I have to ensure my child doesn’t hurt himself on the way to school.
