Manhole cover noise
Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6752792.
The manhole cover on Talbot Rd where it joins Jubilee is loose. This means it’s making a loud clanking noise every time a car drives over it. Talbot Road is a very busy road this is a persistent and intrusive noise through the day and night, which is impacting my ability to get to sleep and also waking me up early

Who is responsible externally, and how can residents speak with them? It's a non stop clanking, all day and all night. At the very least have someone put a temporary cover over it.
