3 areas of road depression, damages and potholes causing safety concerns

Witnessed a near miss when a car trying to steer off the damaged road and almost hit a parked car with approaching traffic a few days ago. Due to heavy traffic & weather conditions, 3 sections of the road along Coldharbour Road were damaged with uneven roads surfaces and potholes. When heavy vehicles go over it, large movement of the vehicle was obviously, especially with double decker bus. This scared off elderly pedestrians.
