Previous pothole repair

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6766203.

Hi I think where a previous pot hole was repaired they’ve left a lump of tarmac or concrete so when I drive into vowell close my left tyre hits it, it’s quite a bump, small but could cause vehicle damage.
