Two mature trees have fallen in Nightingale Valley, blocking the footpath. One, a diseased Common Alder, fell into a healthy Wild Cherry, pulling it up by its roots. Both are blocking the footpath

Reported via desktop in the Fallen tree category by Jackie Friel at 09:45, Wednesday 27 November 2024

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6790288.

The trees fell on Sunday evening, the 24th November. Friends of Brislington Brook have cleared many of the fallen trees in Nightingale Valley and St Anne's Wood. We are unable to clear this one because we're not permitted to use a chainsaw.
