Vehicle causing obstruction

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6801137.

Citizen is asking would it be possible to put some signs in place to avoid vehicles cutting through from park st. she explains esp traffic time it gets really busy here, vehicles are driving over pavement. feels very unsafe to walk around here when it gets dark here.
