Constant blocking of the entire pavement in a very dangerous way

The neighbours at 74/75 Cumberland Road are constantly blocking the entire pavement, causing people to have to walk in the road to get past their 5 vehicles (see picture). They have at least two vehicles blocking the pavement completely, plus another which parks in the double yellow lines outside number 73 (see picture).This vehicle also causes buses to have to stop and completely blocks our view, preventing us from leaving our driveway safely (see picture of van large van and Tesla. Recently we have nearly hit a cyclist and a bus just trying to get off our drive. Many other people on this road are equally upset and this household has been told before. They simply don't care about the law or public safety.
