New tarmac erupting surrounding post

Sent to Bristol City Council 20 hours, 23 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 6834048.

There has been some work on the pavement but this is lifting out of the pavement assume due to some unforeseen expansion. This is on the junction of Devon road and Bellevue road.
