Previous investigation NOT REPEAT NOT carried out - no one spoke to householder or checked damage

The underground drain in Road is broken, leaking, flooding my house inside . Road subsidence is NOT stable . It is not foul sewer - no smell. It is not Bris. Water cos it only happens a heavy rain like storm Burt We get about 30cm in 2 hours.

Please repair the road drain
