Flood on the walk way to the rear communal area of Marlborough flats .

There is a drainage pipe broken and due to that all the waste water from the flats spills out on to the rear walkway of the flats and smells awful can even open the kitchen window when cooking so if you could sent someone to fix that would be much appreciated.
