Lamppost obstructed by overgrown shrubs

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6887755.
The shrubs in the picture belong to n 10 Weedon Close and they completely cover the ONLY lamppost in the path.
Please action of that homeowner.
