Drainage full of mud

Drain in car park at end of Caraway gardens between houses numbers 27 flats -28 house is full of mud when it rains it causes a swimming pool as it is not draining away, been like this for months, I just realised there is a drain and tried to unblock myself but it’s too deep, this needs sucking up by your drainage truck asap

    Still nobody been to look, it just floods every time it rains, there will be ongoing issues when it freezes and somebody slips

  • Nobody has even been to look? When it rains it’s a pond just needs cleaning it impacts on all the household drainage as well
