  • These photos were taken before Christmas I assumed the lights weren’t working. Walking along here this week. There are NO lights. This is the route for pedestrians and cyclists& possibly scooters. Using the steps from the railway Bridge on Winterstoke Road there is some light from the surround roads. Anyone cycling has to deal with an unfinished surface then everyone has NO light. The Festival Way is shut until end of March. Please provide some lighting. Perhaps from Visity’s perfectly tarmac materials storage space, which is man .
