One way sign old and faded but also pointless

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6913336.

This sign is old and faded now but it’s also pointless and can be removed as it’s down the wrong end of the street , if drivers only realise it’s one way at this point then they have already traversed the whole street the wrong way. Incidentally frequency of cars going down the street the wrong way has got worse since liveable neighbourhood but this sign is in wrong place to help. Can we get it removed?
