Cars Parked on Whole Pavement & Speeding

Cars are regularly parking on the whole pavement in this road which means walking in the road with children and/or prams - not ideal in light of the fact that motorbikes and cars speed down this road on a regular basis. This is particularly apparent on the school run in the morning! Speed bumps would definately help to make this road safer for the children who use this road to and from school. There is an accident waiting to happen. Walking to school in encouraged and rightly so but in doing this, we are putting both ours and our children's lives at risk!
