Trailing EV charging cable over the pavement

This cable running from Nr 10 West Town Park to a vehicle for charging purposes is impossible to see in the dark and is a potential death trap. I tripped over it while walking past here and had to turn the torch on to see what Id tripped on. This is completely unacceptable
