Pavement blocked on left hand side if heading down Novers Hill from Bridge Views down to turning at Novers Road. Pedestrians forced to walk on road outside 83 Novers Hill which is highly dangerous which traffic squeezed in both directions. Pavements have not been cleared for pedestrians and hedges/vegetation cut back since the pandemic.
