Hedge blocking footpath.

A hedge is blocking more than half of the width of the footpath, 2 people couldn't pass each other without stepping into the road, it's on a corner so visibility is restricted, anyone getting out of a car will block what available path there is, it's been like this for a long time and the hedge should be cut right back to the property boundary. Previous report number 6631730.
