The owner of PD Cars, Mr Singh, keeps parking his cars on the pavement.

The result of this is that there's nowhere to go if a van comes at you down the single track Princes Place and his tenants cannot place their rubbish on his 1m wide stretch of land close to his property (221 Gloucester Rd) , because his cars are always parked there. Unsafe and anti-social. He thinks he has a right to park there.
