Dangerously raised part of Road/manhole cover

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6964103.

Cars are swerving around/driving dangerously, to avoid dangerously uneven road (raised lump of road with utility/manhole cover). This is immediately outside a school. Cars are driving on the wrong side of the road to avoid it - dangerous to all road users and pedestrians crossing road.
