Avon crescent has closure barriers in place

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6964181.

There are yet more closure barriers to the entrance of Avon Crescent. There is no information on the website to say that the reason for the closure. There were also no diversion signs. That was also no Notification to people who live in the area and who need access to their homes. The residents Of Avon Crescent have a habit of illegally closing the road and putting obstacles in the way. Please can something be done To communicate to people living in the area about legitimate road closures?
