    Rubbish and bins all over Stanhope street, Chapel Street and Small street. Van dwellers with rubbish outside their doors not caring about the area. It's a MESS

  • The council clearly takes no pride in St Philips and the back streets here, as they are a real mess. You can bet 100% if this was in front of the Council House or Lord Mayor's House it would have been cleaned straight away.

    With so many caravans part on the back lanes, they are using this to dump all of their human excrement
