Hi, There are 2 drains that were blocked at the two corners of Richmond Dale/Quarry Road. Two workmen came today to fix them, but they were only able to unblock one drain (outside 1 Richmond Dale). Unfortunately they could not lift the lid off the other drain outside 2 Richmond Dale using the big metal drain key they had. They said they might need a different vehicle which can lift lids that are stuck. Can you please send someone as soon a possible to complete this work? The drain flooded again after last night's rain and covered the entire corner next to my house. My roof gutter also seems to be connected to this drain as it was back-filling. My gutter is not a stand alone gutter, but a shared type that runs along the top of nos 2, 4 and 6 Richmond Dale. As such it has to cope with rainwater from 3 roofs so I would be grateful if you could complete this work as soon as you can, thank you.
