Pathway impassible for a disabled person

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7049055.

Had an appointment on Queen Charlotte st had to walk right through the cross section of the square, the path is not flat so flooded, had to walk in mud off the path, passed an older lady on sticks she had a hip op, it as awful for her, level the path out with gravel please this square needs to be accessible for all it’s historic.
