TRIP HAZARD - Steps at end of Bridge

Reported via desktop in the Bridges/Subways category anonymously at 21:50, Friday 31 January 2025

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7067220.

There is a bridge going from the Halstock Ave, over the Bristol to Bath cycle path that leads onto Fishponds road (via Drummond Rd) There are steps at the Fishponds road side of the bridge which are very hard to see when it is dark. The steps can be easily seen when travelling from Fishponds road side, but are difficult to see when travelling from Halstock Ave. This is a TRIP HAZARD especially for older people. Please can the edges of the steps be painted, marked or an edging strip fitted, etc, to make the edges more visible? (See photos)
