PLEASE HELP - Drivers parking on double yellows and blocking access to my driveway

I also reported this in 2023 and nothing has been done, would really appreciate some help with this please.

The double yellow lines are extremely old and these are being ignored daily. It is especially bad during the day time and on a weekend. I have attached some photos to show you what is happening, I have many more if you need them

Please can the yellow lines be repainted? Please can parking attendants issue tickets to people clearly parked on double yellow lines? Can a no parking sign be put up? Could the pathway be painted? Can something be done please?

If this can't be done, I would like a clear explanation as to why please. This has been going on now for many years and it is just getting worse
