Bins and boxes left permanently on the pavement outside no's 27,31 and 33 Cotham Vale, these have been there since before Christmas. Now recently 44 and 42. Houses are multi occupancy. I contacted one of the letting agencies and although they said they'd try to deal with it nothing has changed.
