Brickwork blown on pond wall

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7121510.

The pond was refurbished recently with new walls to the perimeter. It looks like the frost has damaged the brickwork. Given how recently these works were undertaken it is surprising to see this type of damage, which suggests there is an issue with the wall. I'm not an expert but it looks like there is no allowance for expansion to counter effects of freeze thaw.
