Broken and wobbly curb stones

These curb stones are broken and very wobbly They also stick up and have caused tripping to myself and family members As it is also on a bend and the road is narrow when cars are passing they don't wait and bump up onto the curb causing more damage The issue has been present for quite some time but is gradually becoming worse
