Missing bus information

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7129112.

I took the bus today at 6:20, The bus that goes to bishops were from blacksworth road, It had no information for my bus so I took the 45. While on my journey I then saw the 43 which was the bus that goes to bishopsworth overtake the 45 no information of this bus was on the system and therefore I had to get two buses I have contacted first bus but they have refused to assist and mention that I need to contact your company Bristol city council to correct this problem.
