Public flowerbed behind 27 High Kingsdown, reported by phone 3 times over 8 months, and multiple letters sent. Given reassurance this would be sorted post bird nesting season, and pre Christmas. Last clipped over 21 months ago. An annual trim would be great. See below before and after photographs of what it could be like - smart.
