No 37 Maskelyne Ave BS10 5BX Hedges around property overhanging 2-3 feet over pavement Despite enforcement letter being sent, as I was told by BCC, the hedges havent been cut and even more over grown

  • Hedges remain very overgrown and cause school children to walk in the road routinely for the school commute. The homeowner(s) of the properties are placing children at risk.

  • The hedges have NOT been cut at all this year and cover most of the pavement, very dangerous for all pedestrians

  • This problem is getting beyond a joke. The footpath is unuseable for children walking to school. If the property owners can't look after the hedge then it should be removed completely. BCC can you please provide an update and an expected timeline for resolution.
