Brambles and detritus on pavement

Some work appears to have been done to cut back the trees and brambles on the field side of the fence but nothing was done about the brambles growing on the pavement and a lot of the cuttings have been left on the pavement as well as a significant amount of built up soil. There is even a self-seeded tree growing out of the pavement. It has been in this state for over a year.

It would be really nice to have this cleared before the brambles take over in spring and block and damage the pavement further.
