V. poorly Tree on Mariners Path - Ash Dieback

Reported via desktop in the Tree in poor health category anonymously at 17:32, Monday 17 February 2025

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7148025.

Tree situated on Mariners Path (Roman path) BS91LD near the corner of Church Avenue (cul de sac end).

My tree surgeon has been mentioning for some time it looks poorly and having done a recent job in the Avenue he now seems to think it might have Ash Dieback disease (note curling twigs in images).

We would be very grateful if the council team could assess this. If it is indeed infected, then it poses a growing risk to the regular daily ramblers, dog walkers and joggers along Mariners Path as well as on to my adjacent property of Woodlands Lodge (the tree hangs over my tiled roof) and that of my neighbour's house opposite.
