Obstruction for emergency vehicles and businesses

Base Gym members are continuously blocking the entrance and exit with their cars and vans. All of these vehicles can be seen parked on double yellows, yellow zig zags and on corners/verges. This has been on going for some time. Bristol ambulance and businesses behind the complex are having great difficulty getting in and out, sometimes not being able to at all. In the event of an emergency a fire engine would not be able to access this route which poses a huge risk to all the people working for the businesses working in and around the multi business complex. Bristol Ambulance are situated here also and one day an emergency may arise, but they will be obstructed and blocked in, not being able to respond. All these vehicles are not disabled parking and are using the Base Gym as this is the only facility open on that stretch.
