Large cracks unevenroad movement in the road making my house to vibrate

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7166935.

The road outside 47 Stockwood Lane needs to be repaired properly. Every time a vehicle passes over the damaged road my house vibrates. I have spoken the neighbours and they agree this is affecting our daily lives. This has been poorly repaired in the past, cracks and uneven surface and movement in the road. It seems to be worsening and this part of the road moves everytime a vehicle goes over it. My property is showing cracks which are caused by the vibrations.
