White permit lines need to be put back

White permit lines need to go up to and including where the white car is. White car is parked across garden gates NOT a driveway. Please stop closing this case with no explanation. It’s quite clear the lines need to go back in. This has been an issue for over 12 months now and residents want this fixed, as people from outside the area with no permits are utilising these spaces.

*there is an area just past the car garage (other side of white car) which also needs white lines in.
