  • The issue is regular, rotated sweeping. Shouldn’t need to use FixMyStreet for this to happen. Photos are from today Saturday June 14 2025

  • Not swept. Don’t understand why this major tourist pedestrian route isn’t on anyone’s schedule. Bench broken for over 3 months. Photos taken recently.

  • Just worse. Was ineffectually swept but compacted leaves, rubbish etc not cleared from gullies so floods with every rainfall. Looks awful. Major pedestrian route for residents & tourists. Off putting & easy to solve but isn’t on a regular rota.

  • Thank you for clearing the gutters. However, can somebody please get this onto a council parts department Cleaning rotor. It took took months to get this sorted and it should be happening on a regular basis for this heavily used pedestrian route. It makes the City look really bad as it’s used by so many tourists and residents alike. as you can see, it still fills up with water because the drains have collapsed underneath the side of the pavement. This is chronic and needs a plan of replacement.

    State changed to: Fixed
