Blocked drain under my house

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7178323.

I believe that the waste pipe goes under my house is blocked. The downstairs toilet is flooding and there is a drain smell in the front of my house (under the living room and entrance). I cannot tell if this is due to the general waste going through it as I doubt that this is just an issue provoked by my house alone. The houses were built in 1939 and some work has been done on the drains in front of the house in the past. Any suggestions please?
