Fly tipping

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7214350.

Flytipping cardboard waste, blankets and other cloth materials. This has created a fire-hazard as it's under a wooden shelter, and nearby ones have been targeted by arsonists.
