Huge parking problems at the WoT Primary Care Centre

Reported via desktop in the Other issue (parking) category by Alan Darwin at 07:54, Monday 3 March 2025

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7215157.

The parking slots are too small for 21st Century vehicles. The standard size was set decades ago when cars were smaller. The bays are at right-angles so negotiation is difficult. Many patients are elderly and parking their car is not easy anyway. We ourslves have had our car damaged by anothe driver trying to negotiate a parking bay. My suggestion is to have slightly fewer, slightly wider bays. which are marked out diagonally. This would make everyone's lives safer. Thank you. Alan Darwin aldar62013@yahoo.com
