Sunken section of pavement around utility cover, Avonvale Road

Found where the pin has been placed on the map, the pavement around this photoed utility cover has sunken creating a tripping hazard for pedestrians.
Please can the sunken section of pavement be levelled-out.

Just an update to share that a smaller pothole has been marked in white paint by the utility cover to be patched.
However, this was not the uneven section of pavement surface that I initially wished to see be patched.
The area circled in red in the attached photo is where the sunken section of pavement is that requires being made level.
