Sone idiot has got a bag of crap and have decided to empty it over the wall into the grass and bushes. The stupidity of people beggers belief. Really sorry you have to deal with this. Time for a big education/recycling drive me thinks

  • There is now about 3 metres of fly tipped rubbish of all kinds ranging from clothing to food/cans, black bags, ripped tents etc strewn all over the path next to the Whitehall school zebra crossing from Bruce Rd on the railway path. It is a health hazard to pupils, staff and families.
